STUDIO FLAT C. IN SCORZE’ (VENICE)

The building which was once the architect Roberto Pamio’s planning studio has been divided into several studio flats meant to answer to the new requirements of young people. This studio flat in particular, is meant for a dynamic single woman who’s unwilling to renounce to comfort. The flat is composed by two levels: all the rooms open onto the living room, furnished in a very essential style with warm tones and a central fireside. The room is lit by a ribbon window looking onto the vegetation surrounding the building and by two triangular large windows on the roof which has been opened to create a balcony. Iron stairs – with embossed oak treads - lead to the sleeping loft suspended over the living area.
