Sound is created inside an oval shape, an inner nucleus where movable roofs and walls permit the perception of sound to be modulated.
Set in a steel shell, the Koncertsalen stands in the heart of the Danish capital. It is set in a large piazza of glass and light over the city traffic, and dominates the waters of the harbour between two bridges like a ship permanently at anchor between the city and the sea.
